How many directors have to sign the director's report of the company.Is there any provision that is should be signed by all the director or it can be signed by any one of the directors.
please help.

Director Report is to be signed by the Chairman as authorised by the Board.There is no requirement that it should be signed by all the Directors of the Company.
please look section 217(4).
The section has a reference to section 215 also.
