Dear Santosh,
As per section 173 of the Companies Act, 2013 Company shall hold first board meeting within 30 days of its incorporation.
As per section 184 of the Companies Act 2013, Every Director shall in first meeting of board in which he participates as director disclose his interest in other entities and body corporates.
Based on the above provisions, it is advisable to take note of interest of directors in board meeting and file MGT 14 within 30 days thereafter.
