Practically speaking there is no difference between director remuneration and director salary.
Strict provisions relating to managerial remuneration are not applicable to a private company. Hence you may give the desired remuneration to your directors subject to the provisions of your articles.

Agree with experts. There is a maximum cap for the Public limited companies. i.e. percentage of profits as per Sec 249 & 250 or Schedule XIII

What about in point of TDS deduction. which one is better to director ?? either salary or remuneration ??
