In a private limited company there are only 2 directors
Out of one director want to remove another director due to his misbehavior with staff and also some other problem
What is the process to remove a director when company have only 2 directors?

You should first appoint a new director as all the time in pvt ltd there should be two director, then file DIR 12 to remove director
