Can a director of a PVT. Ltd. company ( Consultancy Business) give consultancy to other company/agency in its individual capacity???

Yes he can if the functioning of both jobs are not in conflict with each other.
Yes, he can. Subject to two conditions that:-1. He should not be whole tine director and2. Interest of the company, in which he is director, should not affect. After all role of Director in the company have fiduciary position.
