Director identification no

i want to add something that din cannot be alloted to a minor

MINOR CAN'T BE DIRECTOR IN PUBLIC CO. BECOZ CAN'T FILL CONSENT U/S264 (INCOMPETENT TO CONTRACT)

MINOR CAN BE DIRECTOR OF PVT CO. {PROVIDED IN CASE OF PVT. CO. AOA DOESN'T PROVIDE ADDL GROUNDS FOR DISQUALIFICATION U/S 274(3)} 

WHERE IT IS WRITTEN MINOR CAN'T APPLY  FOR DIN?

it is provided that a minor can be a member of the company, only if the shares are fully paidup and incurr no liablity to him.

So he cant be alloted  DIN as because he cant be a director of the company... bcz he cant be bind for his acts .

AS it is provided that a minor can become a member but cant act  accordingly as a major person do.

or else....lets wait for the experts reply ..
