Director appointment

one of the Director is no more in Contacts with the Company but the name is in Register and also in the List of Directors, In a unlisted Public Limited Company. Secondly One of the another director not filled DIN-3(earlier Process in MCA) not filled. Now we want to remove one the director and also give appointment to the Director. What is the process to overcome this mistakes
