Dear Respected fellows , my question is that can a minor become a director as well as shareholder of the company. Anticipating a favorable response.

a minor can not apply for DIN which is the first requirement for becoming a Director.
(DIR-3 Help).
minimum age for DIN APPLICATION is 18 years.

2. Minor as member
A minor can not be enter into contracts
therfore neither he can subscribe to MOA nor he can purchase the shares.
but he can be gifted the shares provided it shall be remain with the guardian until he attains majority.
