i have the direct taxes &indirect taxes books (final) which i studied for my may 08 exams.
can i use the same books for my nov 08 exam......................................

You can refer the same book in Nov 08 exams . But in the case of Direct Taxation, you should update about the notification & curcullar issued by centeral govt. & CBDT on maters regarding direct taxation right upto OCT,2008.
