Hello friends, I just wanted to know what syllabus will the students passing this june PCC 2009 wil hav for thier final??
Bcoz our attempt is in may 2011 or nov 2010... And at same time Direct tax code implementation starts....
I guess institute should inculcate the new changes in tax in tax syllabus,... otherwise we hav to learn old one and apply all new ones.. like GST etc..
Any idea?

it will be introduced afetr it will get the assent from president.
it has been introduced in lok sabha only .
