Will Direct tax modules of vinod gupta be more helpfull for me than book of singhania? I did not prepare for the direct tax till now and will appear in the may 2011 exam.

I think vinod gupta is the best book than singhania but it is lengthy.From my point the examples and illustrations in vg is awsome as it gives us conceptual clarity.I myself purchased the book in jan and now I complete 6 module of it.
As the time is short concentrate on imp ch only from vg...

BUT AS YOU HAVE NOT PREPARED TILL NOW FOR MAY- 2011 EXAM SO SINGHANIA WILL BE BETTER FOR YOU ..........................THE VOLUME OF VINOD GUPTA IS MORE.....................

Vinod K Singhania is best from subject point of view...
But at exam time(when less time) its better to go for Padhuka and Supplementary study material by the institute.
