Direct IPCC after Graduation - urgent

Can anyone tell me whether there is any offical confirmation regarding whether student can appear directly for IPCC after graduation.....

No sir, ther's no official confirmation yet on this, but ther's a notification regarding this that entry requirements for CA courses are changed.

The Council at its 306thmeeting held from 7th to 9th June, 2011 had considered the recommendations of the Group Constituted by the President.

It may kindly be noted that the decisions of the Council will come into force subject to relevant provisions of the Chartered Accountants Regulations, 1988 being amended, and the approval of the Central Government, and public exposure as required by law for which the process is in progress.

Dear sir, am shiva cpt student am alredy wrote de cpt exam but result is failed am completed Bcom with 59.73% now am direct join to IPCC ? & plz tell me what is da procedure i will take.
