Direct entry admission completed 9 month

i am direct entry student completed my 9 month on nov 17 and i want to take transfer and disconnect my articleship for 5 month ....can i do it .... after taking transfer ... i can stop my articleship for 5 month and then can again start with new firm ...... and my nine month will count in future or not .........and can ELIGIBILITY  for MAY 18 exam  if i disconnect my airtcleship for 5 month
