AS PER SECTION 157 , READ WITH RULE 10 OF APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTOR, ANY DIRECTOR WHO HAS BEEN WORKING AS THE DIRECTOR IN ONE OR MORE COMPANIES ON OR BEFORE 30 JUNE 2007 , AND WHO HAS NOT INTIMATED HIS DIN TO THE COMPANY SHALL WITHIN 30 DAYS FROM DATE OF RECEIPT OF DIN FROM THE CG , INTIMATE HIS DIN TO THE COMPANY IN FORM DIR 3 B AND COMPANY SHALL INTIMATE SUCH INFORMATION TO ROC IN FORM DIR 3C WITHIN 15 DAYS FROM DATE OF RECEIPT OF DIN .
THESE PROVISIONS ARE APPLICABLE FOR THE OLD DIRECTORS WHO ARE APPOINTED ON OR BEFORE 30JUNE 2007 AND NOT FOR THE NEW DIRECTORS
