We have appointed Foreign National as a Director from 1st April 2015 , do I need to file DIR3-C
do we need to file DIR 3c for all the existing Directors who were appointed before Companies Act 2013
Please confirm its urgent

form DIR-3C not required to be file for the same.
The said form required in case of a director appointed before commencement of DIN Rules 2006.
