Dear Valued Members,

One Director resigned from a pvt ltd company in 2013 and presently not associated with any company same like another director resigned from a pvt ltd company in 2017 and not associated with any company presently

Do they require to file DIR-3 KYC.

Pls guide

Yes.. they shall file KYC form.. Evry person having active DIN is req to file such form

As long as an Individual holds DIN with himself/herself has to file form DIR 3 KYC every year with in 30 days of closure of Financial year.

For now need to file said form within 31st August, 2018.

@ santhosh-KYC is to b done only once.. those who are allotted DIN as on 31.03.2018 are required to file before 31.08.2018. However, those who obtain DIN in FY 2018-19 has to file kyc before 30.04.2019. Similarly for subsequent years. So KYC is to be done once per person

"Individual holding DIN has to file KYC every year".. But, every individual holding DIN has to file KYC only once n not every year
