If any person forget to file dir-3 kyc then what was the penalty amount ...

That is Rs. 5000.
However there are other consequences as well until the KYC is done:
Consequences on a Director of non-completion of DIN KYC:
a. DIN gets Deactivated by MCA
b. He can’t be appointed as director in any new Company or LLP
c. He can’t resign from any Company or LLP (Filing of DIR 11)
d. He can’t mention his DIN on any document in relation to Company.
Consequences on a Company of non-completion of DIN KYC of a Director:
a. Company shall not be able to file any annual form like AOC-4 and MGT-7 with ROC
b. Company shall not be able to file any other form with DSC of director whose din has been deactivated.
c. Company shall not be able to get any documents signed from such Director and mention his DIN no.

If some one foget to file Dir-3 kyc since last two years then he will only pay rs 5000 or rs 10000...
