DIR-3 KYC FOR DIN ALLOTTED AFTER 31/03/2018
In case if a person has been allotted DIN after 31st March, 2018, whether he has to file DIR-3 KYC or not. If Yes, then current e-form DIR-3 KYC which has been deployed on MCA on 23/08/2018 can be used for the same or we have to wait for the new deployment of E-form, if the KYC is been done for the first time.
