Dear Sir/Ma'am,

Is there any possibilities of extention in DIR-3 KYC date or else we should file DIR-3 KYC (Including Late fees of Rs. 5000/-)

Including late fee you have to file

We have to complete WEB KYC with a late of Rs.5,000/-.

(Consent of a company authorizing its board of directors any power mentioned in S 180 (1)(a) and (c).)

Could you please provide the special resolution of the same.
