Is it necessary to draft the verification form (DIR-4) for submitting DIR-3 (DIN Application) in a stamp paper?
Also is it required to be notarised?

yes i\on a stamp paper of Rs 10 duly notarised

All Affidavits needs to be executed on stamp paper and duly notarized.
