I am wkng in a pvt ltd cmpny & my cmpny have 5directors, 2directors are indians & other 3directors are foreigners now MCA needs to update PAN no in all directors our 4 directors have only PAN other 1directors not have a PAN so how am i update this & DIN4 fileing????
30th Sep'11 is the last date for submit DIN 4. Please help me.
