Din 3- foreign national

Hi everyone,

Small issue. We are applying for a DIN-3 of a German Director. His Passport name is of 5 letter comnplicated words. We have advised to use are shorter name for his DIN application. Hence, his name in the Passport does not match with the name with which we are making application for DIN-3.

Although a PAN card has been issued on the same name for which we are making the DIN applicatiobn.

Please guide.
