or the new PANO digital signatures are for
(i) NRI Co.
(ii) New Co.
(iii) Whose managing director has been changed
as per the notification dt. 9 july 2010

First of all you need to have a pan no. of Director or Managing Dir for filing income tax returns and then only the signature is valid for filing various documents and IT Returns
