Hi,
My wife has digital signature. Can I use her digital signature to e-file my ITR?
Regards
Amit
No, u can't use ur wife's signature on your ITR, u have to use your own DSC.
ITR has column for representative assesee. What does that mean?

Dear Amit,
Assessee can be a Representative Assessee in case he/she is filing Return of Income on behalf of certain categories of persons For e.g. Minor, Trustee etc.
U can't use ur wife's DSC to digitally upload ur ITR under any circumstances.
Thanks NJR
