my client has pan and Adhar with different DOB 01/10/84 and 01/10/85 his actual Dob is 01/10/85 which is mention in his adhar card
now last date of filing ITR is 31 july and its take time to apply new pan
how to tackle this siituation?

U can amend details of PAN by NSDL site or Pan facilitation centre near by your area.
one thing I remind u...Name, DOB, other details should match with ur Aadhar. Becoz any one spelling error in either of PAN or Aadhar may lead p
lead to problem in future. So take it seriously. Details mention in both should be same.
but its take time to get new pan card with update dob and only 15 days left for filing ITR
Talk to local pan facilitator centre...they will surely do..
what heppn if i file return after 31 july?
I'm not sure...from this A.Y Return filled after due date...penalty shall be levied. Although u can confirm if I'm wrong.
234E section i.e. fees for late filing is effective from a.y. 2018-19 only.. so there won't be late filing fees if u file after July

Assesse total amount of TDS is rs 5000 and if he file ITR after july is the same is lapse?
