• Employees payments ( TA / TTA / Medical / Local conv./ Off-cycle bills / imprest / lease payments / loans & advances / maintaing record in SAP (Hr.Purchase) for all employees / contingents / CSR & other misc. bills).

• Indegeneous suppliers and contractors bills processing, foreign suppliers and contractors bills processing, bills processing for projects ( for additional 03 compressors and DVPL –II ROU / Crop compensation/ revenue staff bills etc.).

•  Fixed assets accounting / material accounting / Capitalisation / de-capitalisation/        Assisting for  establishment of  LC’s for foreign payments / banking / Assisting for Financial concurrence , tender opening & vetting proposals  etc.

• Central accounts / accounts closing / finalisation of trial / audits / MIS / TDS /TCS/VAT / WCT / EMD / SD / Bank Guarantee monitoring . 
• Participated in the preparation of budgets and analyses of variances there of
• Preparation of MIS reports for management review purpose
• Checking the authenticity of purchase order placement and payments to vendors
• Will co-ordinate with the user department and ERP support group for resolving day to day issues in transaction processing

wow..................thats a lot of work

but i think you work in a big company...........what about a small firm??? what does it have to offer????

right now i am not doing all these work , in rotaion i have done all these type of work in last three year.

one last thing.....should i look for audit and accounting firms or actual manufacturing or trading companies to gain such knowledge????
