One of my friends got into a good firm.
But they did not have vacancy in the firm so they registered him outside saying they will take him when the vacany comes...
Now he has done more than 3 years articleship.....
Because of transfer ban, he is not transfered to his real firm....
As per ICAI records, he is article of another firm for 3 years....
So what to do.. pls suggest.... will it be problem for him during placement?

Hi Kalpesh,
His worry is that he is supposed to be working in one place as per ICAI records but actually he is somewhere else.....
Will they do something to his articleship is the question he is more worried about...
Even secondment provisions are not complied....

Need not to worry mr Irumbu even the same thing happened to me also. Only the member under which the article is registered matters not the place of work.

Hi Rajiv, thanks for your response....
There also he is in trouble....
The member under whom he is registered, is not partner in his real firm....
Just that his firm is having a good relation with the member, so he helped out....
Stipend etc he is getting from his real firm....
Any suggestions?
