Kindly clarify, the differences between Interest on Late payment of TDS and Short deduction of TDS.
We have received notice for late payment of TDS and short payment of TDS to same transactions. ( We have paid short deduction of TDS already )

Short paymemt of TDS is simply that u have paid TDS less as compard to what u were required to pay..
N late payment payment simply means u paid TDS after its due date.
