XYZ (P) Ltd ?

No difference because sometime we use P in short for Pvt in practical. However legally is not acceptable because law says to writee PVT LTd In full by a private company.

Hi Anand
I agree with Nidhi's View. No difference.
Pvt / Private / (P) are just different forms used to represent private limited company.

Anand-we always need short cut. Earlier it was 'Private Limited'-------------was changed to "Pvt. Ltd.------------------then to (P) Ltd..................will change to (P) (L)--------------------(PL).............................PL Like that XYZ (P) Ltd will be seen as XYZPL

basically there is no diff.
but, we should write Pvt. Ltd as prescribed in the Law.
