difference of amount
in case of difference in figures between 26AS and form 16 which amount should be taken to file ITR1 return.

In most of cases, It would be safer side if we file income tax return as per 26AS.So file your return as per 26AS.
26AS amount is lesser than form 16.
Then file your income tax return as per form 16.
but TDS is same in 26 AS and form 16.
No issue, claim TDS as per 26AS against tax liability.
To file ITR 1 as per form 16 we will have to pay extra tax.form 16 is in manual format.if I file my reurn as per 26 AS will any notice be issued by department in future.
Yes, you may received notice u/s 143(a) of mismatch of income as per form 16 and 26AS
