In GSTR 3B just reduce turnover accordingly and output tax also,
In 2017-18 you have paid extra tax or tax liability is ok, but turnover showing wrong. If turnover is wrong then don't do anything just correct it in Annual Return

Rectify in annual return
If your sale is correct in GSTr1 as per books & the ouput & input tax is correct in 3B then no need to rectify sale fiqure in 3b , because in Annual return the sale has to picked from GSTR1 & Input /output from 3b
