1. the difference between stock and shares?
2. Anybody if have stock certificate can show it?
3. Why shares are convert in stock?

Stock & Share are same things.
1. if held as per invesment purpose then Shares & Capital Gain Arise on sale
2. if held as per business pupose then Stocks & PGBP arige on sale
