Generally, Trust is preferred. Trust is a legal arrangement in which a person holds property for the sake of some other person. Society is an association of person, who come together to fulfill any particular purpose, described under the act.

It is a different name of Same God.
Practically there is no Big Difference between Society, Trust & NGO.
But in Document there are some difference. Trust has Trust Deed, Society is having Society Bye Laws, NGO is well documented Organisation. Example:- There are NGOs like BCCI to Patanjali.
