Please let me know the diiference between an Insurance Agent and an Insurance Broker.
Also, can a company do insuarance business for 2 Insurance Companies.

Please make insure that your company 's capital and object clause give permission for doing such business.

The other objects of the company mentions .... Co can act as an insurance agent or broker
But my question is what is the diff in these 2 and also can a co do insurance bus for more than one co.
Also to start other objects the Co has to go to GM and then only they can start the business.
