difference between cst sales 14.5 and central sales tax 14.5

Hi experts i want to know the diffenrence between difference between cst sales 14.5% and central sales tax 14.5%.

when i surf the net i got the answer as

CST SALES 14.5% MEANS CENTRAL SALES TAX SALE BEFORE SALES TAX.
CENTRAL SALES TAX 14.5% MEANS TAX ON CENTRAL SALES

Iam from Andhra Pradesh

but unable to follow the difference please explain me

the sales to other state is subject to central sales tax rules, the invoice consists two parts, 1) the goods value, 2) Revenue (CST/VAT), a) CST sales is the goods value, which attracts 14.5% slab rate of tax, but excluding the tax b)Central Sales Tax 14.5% is calculated on a) above Total of invoice is a) + b)
