Dear friends,
Please clarify the difference between levy of CST and Entry tax.
It is obvious that CST will be levied on goods purchased from another state but when entry tax is levied?

Entry Tax is Paid by the Purchaser of Goods who Belongs to Another State from Suppler State........... It is Paid in to the Accounts of State Government ............. For Example if Paints are Purchased by a Delar of Bihar from a Dealer of West Bengol then the Dealer of Bihar will pay Entry Tax to Bihar Goverment ..........!
CST is Charged by the Supplier of Another state
So CST goes in account of Supplier State Govmt and Entry Tax to Purchaser State Govmnt
