Difference between articleship and industrial training

hi all,

can anyone plz tell the difference between articled training and industrial training??????

Articleship Training is taken under qualified members in Firms which is a total period of 3years.

To join in Industrial Training one has to clear PCC/IPCC and then he is eligible to join in Indl Trg during the last year of articleship i.e. 3rd year..Industrial training may range from 9months-12months. It can be joined with the consent of the Principal and completing certain form filling formalities. Indl Trg is joined in any of the financial, commercial/industrial undertakings subject to certain conditions of Council of ICAI. One has to work under Member of the Institute. On completion, he will give certificate to the student and also a copy to Inst.
