Character is like a tree and reputation like a shadow. The shadow is what we think of it; the tree is the real thing.

I have a dream that my four little children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin, but by the content of their character.

There is nothing like "Ability"... Everyone has it and no one is able too!!!
Able - (usually followed by `to') is having the necessary means or skill or know-how or authority to do something, or having the skills and qualifications to do things well, or having inherent physical or mental ability or capacity.
Ability is the quality of being able to perform; a quality that permits or facilitates achievement or accomplishment, possession of the qualities (especially mental qualities) required to do something or get something done; "danger heightened his powers of discrimination.
Ability is a contradictory word, in fact we may be able based on situation, time, skill and/or even natural power and luck but sometimes we can't do the same thing because of some external or internal force and factors.
Everyone has many hidden abilities and many have known but unused abilities...
