Difference between 2a in gstr9 and comparison sheet

 In F.Y. 2017-18 There was a difference between 2A in GSTR9 and 2A in Comparison Sheet. For Example , in comparison sheet total input was 110000.00 but in GSTR9 coloumn no 8(A) shows input  only was 95000.00. But my actual input was 105000.00. now I confused if I filled coloumn no.8(E) with  Rs. 5000.00 which input I was not availed during the year or not.  I also Check 2A, all the counter part was submitted. But still there was a difference. What should I do now?
