Diff.name in gst and rent agreement
my client want to register in gst as her name while her shop on rent and its rent agreement there is her husband name it is legal?

Yes, but she can't claim rent expenses unless her husband is legal partner in the business.
You need not have the GST address as the shop address, she can use an alternate address for GST registration, Otherwise, if the rent agreement permits, her husband can give a her a written permission to use the property.
