Can Anyone specifically tell me wat is diff between Transfer n Termination of articleship

There is no difference in these two terms. Both are one and the same.

No difference between the two....

although there is no difference between transfer & termination. however in case of transfer of articleship, you can join another firm from the date of transfer, while in case of termination u will have to start your articlship in fresh way. in other word u will not get the benefit if u already some period served in earlier employer.
