For Salary Arrears received I have uploaded 10E and eVerified successfully on 12/3/21.

Today (13 Aug) early morning, the previously saved data in Form 10-IE were erased and I was able to fill up the form afresh. Date also gets changed to today’s date instead of the very old date. However, assessing officer details did not get auto populated. Further, on e-verification, the error message : Submission failed. No response from server” appears. Further, the form prepared today afresh is in draft mode and cannot be cancelled.

i have successfully filed on 14th aug , but its of no use as i cant fill the date and ack of 10IE in ITR 4 , so it doesnt matter whether you can file 10IE or no, cos ITR 4 is not accepting the date and ack of 10IE

@ Ratan Kumar Have you used latest version of utility? Normally latest utility will auto-populate date and Acknowledgement of filing Form 10-IE. We wonder how you are able to file form 10-IE on 14 Aug where many of us are getting Error: No response from Server.

i am using online mode to file ITR , offline i tried using the latest version - its showing the date and ack field of 10IE in grey and disabled - have you personally seen the date and ack of 10IE getting auto populated sir ? cos it doesnt work for me --- As for filing form no 10IE i guess i was lucky , it just worked for me , no idea how .it shown in filed forms as well so its a proper filing with no issues

@ Ratan Kunwar My CA friend, at the time of release of version 1.06 confirmed that it was auto populated. Now, as per your statement, it is not auto populated. If you are using latest version 1.09 and still it is not auto populated, it is new problem. It is not known whether others have same problem. My CA friend at present does not have new 10-IE case clients. Hence, we have to see whether other assessees face same issue raised by you.
