There is one Dharamshala running by particular caste members . This does not have any PAN  but in some past year income over expenditure (Surplus) is more than 3 lakhs.

since there is no PAN no question of ITR arises.

Now please clarify that This trust is required to apply for a PAN or not . if yes, then what procedure should be followed after getting PAN.
