My IEC application has been rejected because the bankers certifcate is not as per format...now how should I re attach the new bankers certificate and submit the appl. form?

Instead of bankers certificate, tou can submit the cancelled cheque for IEC registration.

Attach Cancelled Cheque or Attach New Banker Certificate ie..,attached here.(Convert this file into word)
