05 June 2019SIR, FORM 16 HAS A DEDUCTION AFTER GROSS SALARY i.e.(development tax less=2200)
(i) is it under section 10 deduction or should be less from GROSS SALARY?
(ii) if under section 10 deduction, should i choose "ANY OTHER" AND mention in Descripttion ( If Any Other selected)?
please guide me.

It is deductible u/s. 16(iii) of the act, from salary income.

1. Yes, but deductible u/s. 80C.
2. Yes, get form 16 and follow it.

sir, pf amount ie. only 32000/-
can include with salary in section 17(1) ?
then deduct u/s 80c, he has limited salary, there is no form 16
