Determination of Annual Value

the question posted is wrong.. if properties 2 & 3 are let out for 12 months each, how can they be vacant for 8&12 months respectively...

the reason for giving such detail is just for that the property is letout for the whole year...and not self occupied nor costracted in any time during the year....

see in red to understand your mistake before replying to others..

he mentioned the self occupied property also in let out for 12 months
