Respected All,
Just raiseing one more point on PAge No. 2725 of Ramiya, the clarification is given that "Clause g enables Board to grant leave of abensce for any number of meetings and for any length of time, even it may extend to the whole term of a Directors's Office."
So on the basis of above language we can say that its not require for a director to get leave of abesnce for each meeting.
Contrary views are welcomed.

Leave of Absense is to be asked for and granted for each meeting seperately.
