please advise me for filing income tax return ay 20-21 under section 44ab.
can we file now??

You can file IT return for F.Y 19-20 only in case of claim of carry forward loss or refund , after approval from CIT , under section 119(2)(b) of the Income tax act 1961.
Sir no refund and no carry forward loss, we have to file and submit bank for loan purpose only .
