Under rcm yoh have to pay tax and at same time take input of such payment....pls correct me if i am wrong

As per Section 2(13)Your service are covered under "Intermediary Services" & In term of Section 13(8)(b) of IGST Act POS is location of supplier.
Hence CGST/SGST is applicable .
