what about Supply of water by Tankers under GST??

Water exempted but service is taxable.
No it is not taxable , if water supply by any private tanker on behalf of MC is Exempted.

THEn water supply is Supply of Goods or Supply of Service????
Water supply is mixed supply
How it can be the mixed Supply??
